Air France and rail operator SNCF have added eight new routes to the Train + Air programme which combines train and air travel in one ticket.
The long-running partnership between the two French transport companies now offers 41 routes, with tickets available for travel from 22 regional rail stations in France to the Paris airports of Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly.
The new routes, which operate via Massy TGV station, are from Arras to CDG and Orly, Laval to CDG and Orly, Lille-Flandres to CDG and Orly, Perpignan to CDG and Aix-en-Provence to Orly.
The Train + Air service gives travellers access to a digital check-in process for all routes to eligible railway stations. Passengers receive an email 30 hours before departure with separate links to collect their SNCF ticket and check in through the Air France website.
