The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, met with the European Union’s special envoy for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, and the Western Balkans, Miroslav Lajčak.
Lajčak congratulated the establishment of the government at all levels, with special emphasis on the importance of the establishment of the government in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He also welcomed the granting of candidate status to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and focused on fulfilling 14 key priorities from the opinion of the European Commission.
He expressed the readiness of the member states of the European Union to help Bosnia and Herzegovina on its European path.
During the meeting, there was also talk about the ratification of three regional agreements on mobility within the Berlin process, which Minister Konaković said he hoped would soon be ratified in Bosnia and Herzegovina, following the example of countries in the region that have done so or are on their way. to do like Montenegro and Serbia.
He expressed his conviction that the newly formed Council of Ministers of BiH is responsible for the implementation of important energy, infrastructure and all other projects, and that there is no doubt that the established coalition on all quality projects that bring a better living environment for our citizens will be unique.
As announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Konaković will meet tonight in Mostar with local and regional leaders, where the opening of the International Business Fair is planned for tomorrow.
